Infrared Heating Technologies
offers custom engineered
solid-state power control
panels available with digital process temperature controllers and contact or
non-contact temperature sensing. CAD electrical schematics and operating manuals
are included with each control system. Each power supply/control panel features
as standard a main door interlocking type J fused disconnect with lock-out
capability, contactor for "Stop/Emergency Stop" and
interlock control, class cc fused control transformer for relay logic,
semiconductor fuses for SCR protection, phase-angle controlled 6-SCR power with built in
"soft-start feature", NEMA 12 forced-air cooled enclosure, NEMA 4 pushbuttons and
pilot light indicators, and fuzzy logic adaptive tuning PID process and
temperature controller. Connected loads are wired in-line delta for 3-phase
applications. Wires are labeled with wire marker numbering corresponding to the
supplied electrical schematics.
 
All panels are built to conform to National Electrical Code and any other
customer local codes and/or standards.
