Solar Glass Processing System
Solar Glass Processing SystemLEFT: INFRARED/CONVECTION CONVEYOR OVEN AND COOLER processing glass panels for solar application.

The glass panel processing oven, cooler, and control system implements medium quartz tube heating elements and plug style re-circulation blowers for infrared and convective combination heating. The entire system is of a clamshell design and includes an automated  hydraulic lift system for opening the hearth of the oven. Controls are PLC with HMI touch screen.

Stator Lamination Line
Stator Lamination LineLEFT: INFRARED/CONVECTION CONVEYOR OVEN AND COOLER curing dielectric coatings on generator stator plate laminations.

This stator lamination cure oven, cooler, and control system implements infrared heating elements and re-circulation blowers for infrared and convective heating. The system consists of three independently controlled heat zones, a cool zone, and two independently controlled conveyor systems. Systems are available in both electric infrared and gas convection.

Aluminum Alloy Processing Furnace
Aluminum Alloy Processing FurnaceLEFT: HIGH TEMPERATURE CONVECTION CONVEYOR FURNACE processing rolled aluminum alloy sheet.

The pictured system is of a high temperature gas fired convection furnace with controls. The furnace heat source is gas-fired convection only and does not include any flame impingement within the hearth. The system has a temperature capability of 1,100 deg F and includes a staging conveyor with pneumatically actuated load and unload doors.

Infrared Tunnel Oven
Infrared Tunnel Oven
LEFT: INFRARED TUNNEL OVEN curing powder coated steel parts. The pictured system implements short wave tungsten halogen quartz infrared heating elements for high radiant heating efficiency and controllability.

This industrial tunnel oven would be perfectly suited as a cure oven, powder coat oven, preheating oven, annealing oven, heat treat oven, or industrial drying oven boosting current processes and much more.
