Curing Ovens

Conveyor Oven and Cooler

Infrared Convection Industrial Dry and Cure Oven with Cooler for dry, cure, and cool, printed seal on automotive head gasket layer.

Infrared Heating Technologies (IHT) offers a wide selection of batch and conveyor industrial curing ovens that are specifically designed for curing processes.  These Industrial Curing Ovens are available in electric infrared, electric infrared and convection combination, as well as standard natural gas convection and electric convection. IHT cure ovens may also be designed for Class A solvent processing. IHT cure ovens offer fast and efficient heat curing for maximum throughput of product.

Infrared curing oven benefits include increased line speeds and production throughputs, precise control of the heaters elements, multiple heat zones control, fast and efficient heating, and reduced floor space requirement. These electric infrared and electric infrared convection combination curing oven systems maximize throughput for the smallest possible footprint.

The following lists some of the many curing processes for which our ovens have been implemented.
